ok, download and install ded server in Tools in your steam browser, after ded server is installed start it, click maps and create map list for server, then click settings and set Time limit to 25 and round limit to 15, then click Console, and in the box at the bottome enter all of these commands one line at a time , pressing ENTER after each line.
