works almost perfectly , the little problem is that i added a map and to .wad files, but all ppl that joins the server have to download the
as_tundra and de_vegas still if they got it, that includes me.. and thats kinda anyoing cuz its a 2 min download …

Try running the server in Windows xp compatibility…Right click and then select the Compatibility Tab.
i got the server working by clicking run as administrator, but when i connect to the server in cs the hlds server suddenly stop working,, you know what to do ? ;P
but , the dedicated server from steam tools works perfectly, but i dont wanna use that cuz HLDS needs less of takes less of my cpu
haha , dont wanna download xp , cuz last time i did i installed and i forgot crack or something , needed cd key and costed me about 200 dollars to repair it soo ;P
What windows do you have ? you probably have windows vista right ? I suggest you install windows xp because the server runs perfectly there !

In order to turn the server on, create a shortcut of hlds.exe file on your desktop and double click it. Edit the Server Name and chose your map, port and RCON Password and click Start Server. The hlds.exe file is located inside your main directory (HLDS).
when i open my hlds.exe it just comes up: Not responding, help me plz
Goto C:/HLDS/cstrike and open liblist.gam with notepad.
Add this line at the end of the document:
gamedll “addonsmetamoddllsmetamod.d ll”
