    Put up an attractive website to showcase your skills, put up a portfolio of projects you have done. If you dont have any projects, do some for non-profit organizations for free to build the portfolio. Your portfolio and skillset is what will sell you.

    the best way to get clients at first is to start pounding the pavement . get out there and go make leads , contacts , sell your services , but DO NOT go into debt doing it , 90% of business that use debt to startup go out of business in the first year
