Most of the time it’s 48 hours for most places. But if sent on a weekend then add time to that.

I had the SAME issue with yahoo web hosting support…the normal turn around time for my email was 3 business days..I already gave up and switched two months ago, way better tech support experience thru email, phone and even live chat.
