    Most of the time these websites are pretty poorly designed and have a lot of excess code on them.

    Your best bet would be to learn how to use wordpress, which makes a great content management system for websites. Themes are free and it doesn’t take long to learn it

    Just make sure that the website will help you achieve what you want to achieve. If you are running a business, and people come across an unprofessional or overly fussy looking website, it will probably do you more harm than good.
