   BY far POWWEB.com is the best he longer you stay on 1year or two the rate drops incrdiubly , Like most it will give you a domain name

   depends on the site I guess .. you can place a job posting on scriptlance.com have a developer create one for you there are many good and inexpensive webhosts.

   $10.75 a month.
   While my site is a Christian site you are welcome to check it out to see for yourself what they can do.
   Building it was very easy.
