How to make a halo custom edition dedicated server

   aye!moviemaker69r,haloceded.exe is of different version so it dont come up in 1.0.0.609 version..i want to have a haloceded.exe(1.0.0.609)..where can i have it?? coz all the other versions are quite dead and version 1.0.0.609 is the active and most played version so i want to setup dedi server on this version i.e i want server version 1.0.0.609??help ! thxx

   if your server wont come up, you may not have the right filter. if your using a custom map, gotta have the User Created Map filter set to Yes

   Hey, sorry it took 2 months to help you but ya got your help! Go to the Halo CE menu and click “Settings”, then “Network Setup”, and then change the “Server Port” to 3000 and “Client Port” to 3001.

    wow that didnt help at all i already knew to do that … mine just doesnt come up in the server lists…

    thats helpful and everything but any idea why its lags and wont let me join it? i did it right but itll say trying to attempt a second time and all that and itll say unable to join
